The July 13 edition of “Monday Night Raw” will forever be an historic moment for World Wrestling Entertainment. With the main roster debuts of NXT stars Charlotte, Becky Lynch, and Sasha Banks, the company made it clear that the Divas division was going to be viewed in a more positive light, with quality matches and respected names ready to take women’s wrestling to places it hadn’t been in years.
The Team PCB vs. Team B.A.D. vs. Team Bella format has been met with much criticism as of late, as the Divas Championship has seemingly been put on the backburner in favor of the gang warfare storyline. Even so, there’s no denying how more of a spotlight has been placed on the division, with WWE’s female competitors getting multiple segments each week on television.
Here’s a look at all nine names currently involved in this revolution, ranked on their importance, relevance, in-ring prowess, and popularity:
9. Tamina Snuka
Tamina Snuka is the most imposing Diva in this entire revolution, yet as always, her lack of skill on the microphone and stone face demeanor keep her from connecting with the WWE Universe on a deeper level.
She’s a fierce competitor between the ropes and horribly underrated in that regard, but working alongside the likes of Banks and Naomi, it’s easy to lose sight of her because of the starpower she associates with.
