Former WCW Star Stevie Ray Signs WWE Legends Deal

Lash Rushay Huffman, better known to professional wrestling fans as Stevie Ray, is one of the most decorated WCW Tag Team Champions of all-time.

He held the gold on 10 occasions as a member of Harlem Heat with his brother, current WWE Hall of Famer Booker T, for the most reigns in company history.

Their Tag Team dominance didn’t stop there, though, as the brothers recently reunited to defeat the Heavenly Bodies and capture the ROW Tag Team Championship at Booker’s “Reality of Wrestling” promotion. The titles were eventually vacated shortly thereafter.

Stevie Ray recently revealed on his official Twitter account (@TheStevieRay) that he has signed a legends deal with World Wrestling Entertainment.

Stevie Ray inducted his brother into the WWE Hall of Fame the night before WrestleMania 29 on April 6.

Who wouldn’t want to see a Harlem Heat reunion on the main roster? It could be a one-night deal. If the New Age Outlaws can get that sort of treatment, than surely Stevie Ray and Booker can. Then again, since they’re a WCW duo, perhaps the powers that be will book them to lose.
