With the recent release of JTG from World Wrestling Entertainment, the possibility of a reunion with former partner Shad Gaspard of Cryme Tyme is very much feasible.

TMZ.com recently caught up with the pair outside of a Gold’s Gym in Venice to talk about their future plans, a name change and how JTG feels now that he’s no longer a WWE employee.

In an effort to not get sued, Cryme Tyme will take the letter “y” out of their name and simply go by Crime Time from here on out.

Gaspard was released by the company on Nov. 19, 2010.

The duo never won the WWE Tag Team Championship during their time with the company.

Editor’s Note

There will be far more opportunities for someone like JTG on the independent circuit. Being under contract to WWE for as long as he was is a feather in his cap, but now that he’s free to do whatever he wants, the money will be there.
