The Bella Twins on Possibly Leaving WWE

During the season finale of WWE “Total Divas” on March 8, The Bella Twins (Nikki and Brie Bella) teased a possible departure from World Wrestling Entertainment after their respective contracts expire.

The show ended with both sisters letting the cat out of the bag that they’re willing to no longer be WWE Divas.

They later tweeted out out the following message after the episode, hinting once again that they may be on their way out:

You never know what the future holds, especially when you make life changing decisions. Nothing is forever. One day at a time. #TotalDivas

The finale was taped around the time Nikki won the Divas Championship from AJ Lee at the “Survivor Series” pay-per-view.

The series will return for a new season on July 7:

Editor’s Note

It’s hard to put too much stock into what you see on scripted reality television. The truth is never what it appears to be. Could both Bella sisters leave the company? Of course. The Divas division as a whole doesn’t get the time of day on WWE programming, and there are certainly a ton of opportunities awaiting both girls upon their departure. They’ve had a good run. Maybe this is it for them.
