Prior to the market opening on the first day of August, WWE reported their second quarter financial results for 2013. In this report the buyrates for pay-per-views WrestleMania, Extreme Rules, and WWE Payback were released.

The buyrates are as followed:

WrestleMania 29: 1,039,000 buys (1,217,000 in 2012) (1,059,000 in 2011)

Extreme Rules: 231,000 buys (263,000 in 2012) (209,000 in 2011)

WWE Payback: 186,000 buys (Inaugural pay-per-view)

It should be noted that the buyrates are down for both WreslteMania and Extreme Rules from 2012. However, WWE Payback had more buys than Over the Limit had in 2012, which was also the second pay-per-view after WrestleMania.
