As we previously reported, Big Show was pulled from WWE’s current overseas tour due to his nagging knee injury. Despite the injury still bothering “The Giant,” he may still wrestle at SummerSlam. According to Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Big Show is still booked to team up with “The World’s Strongest Man,” Mark Henry in order to face The Shield.  The match would be a two on three handicap match. Even though Big Show has not been cleared to wrestle, he may make his return on the August 5 edition of Monday Night Raw.

Wrestling Observer Newsletter is also reporting that the current WWE Intercontinental Champion Curtis Axel will not be featured at WWE’s annual summer pay-per-view. However, he may be added to the pre-show. The newest “Paul Heyman Guy” has successfully defended his Intercontinental Championship every time since winning it at WWE Payback.
