As WWE’s developmental promotion, NXT, continues its rapid growth, more and more dates and venues for live NXT action have been announced. On Tuesday, May 26, WWE announced that NXT will be on the road again in late October, taking over the 2015 Aftershock Festival. NXT’s involvement at the music festival will mark the first time the promotion’s action will be showcased in a concert atmosphere.

The 2015 Aftershock Festival will take place in Sacramento, California on Oct. 24 and 25, with live in-ring NXT action being showcased on both days. According to a post on WWE.coma number of NXT stars will compete, including Finn Balor, NXT Women’s Champion Sasha Banks, Charlotte, Baron Corbin, and many more.

NXT’s brightest stars will be sharing the spotlight with a wide variety of musical guests, which include Slipknot, Shinedown, Breaking Benjamin, Stone Temple Pilots, Faith No More, Deftones, Marilyn Manson, and many more. Tickets for the festival will be open to the public on May 29, with a pre-sale beginning on May 27. Tickets can be purchased on the Aftershock website.

This is certainly another bright sign for the rising brand, even if some of those musical guests are sketchy.
