With WrestleMania season underway, the WWE Universe will be learning the names of the 2015 WWE Hall of Fame class in the coming months. Earlier reports had monumental names such as Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, Sting, and “Macho Man” Randy Savage as possible inductees into the WWE Hall of Fame.

A recent report from PWInsider has given fans the latest news on who will likely be enshrined by WWE during WrestleMania festivities in 2015. This year, WrestleMania comes to the “Bay Area,” as WrestleMania 31 will take place from Santa Clara, California in the recently built Levi’s Stadium.

According to the website, “Macho Man” Randy Savage will likely headline the 2015 WWE Hall of Fame class. Some people within WWE are reportedly already in the know, being informed that Savage will at last be immortalized in 2015.

Regarding Sting, the website noted that it is unlikely for “The Stinger” to be inducted to the WWE Hall of Fame this year. Instead, the company is looking to induct Sting in 2016, when WrestleMania comes to Dallas, Texas, close to Sting’s current residence.

Additionally, the report would pick up on our previous report about Ray “The Crippler” Stevens being a likely candidate for the 2015 WWE Hall of Fame class. Like Savage, Stevens would be inducted posthumously. Stevens is well-known for his work in the California area, and was briefly with WWE in the early 80s.

Editor’s Note

It does appear that Savage will finally go into The Hall, as part of the 2015 WWE Hall of Fame class. In the coming months, it will be interesting to see what second-tier stars are joining him.
