In the latest edition of Wrestling Observer Newsletter, there is some news in regards to new WWE Network content coming in the summer. For one, it is mentioned that “The Monday Night War” original series will likely air on Thursday nights. For now, “Total Divas” reruns are airing in this time slot, recently replacing “Legends’ House.” Upon the ending of the first season of “Total Divas,” “The Monday Night War” will begin to air.

Additionally, on the WWE Network’s schedule, a sneak peek for “The Monday Night War” series will air on Monday, July 7. Following “Monday Night Raw,” instead of “Raw Backstage Pass” airing, the sneak peek will air.

Below is the snippet for the sneak peek:

“Media mogul Ted Turner launches WCW Monday Nitro in direct competition against Vince McMahon and WWE.”

The newsletter also went on to talk about when episodes of “Raw” and “Nitro” will be added to the WWE Network. Episodes of the programs from the Attitude Era are expected to be added in the coming months. Specifically, the episodes are likely to be added around the time the first six-month subscription period ends, which would be Aug. 24.

Editor’s Note

It’s great news that “The Monday Night War” series may finally be coming to the WWE Network. It’s nice that WWE is airing a sneak peek next week as well.
