Information on Upcoming Ultimate Warrior DVD

According to WrestlingDVDNews.com, WWE will be releasing a new DVD and Blu-ray set on The Ultimate Warrior, who has been rumored as an inductee for the WWE Hall of Fame’s class of 2014. The DVD and Blu-ray set will be released on April 1, a couple days prior to WrestleMania XXX. This date may just be a coincidence but very well could align with our previous report.

In the previous reports of the set, it was expected that it would contain a match compilation due to no official word of Ultimate Warrior being involved with the project. However, WrestlingDVDNews.com is now reporting that new information refers to “documentary style interviews with Ultimate Warrior.” Although, it is stated that the new interviews are pending confirmation. Along with that, interviews with other wrestlers from his era will be featured.

The pending confirmation may be due to WWE trying to sign Warrior to a deal such as one for a Hall of Fame induction, or at the least were trying to sign Warrior at the time the interviews were made.
