According to PWInsider, WWE has been served a lawsuit by a top toy retailer. The company that is suing WWE is Figures Toy, a company that sells a variety of WWE, WCW, and ECW wrestling toys. The company is suing WWE because they believe WWE illegally ended its licensing agreement with the company, which both produces and sells replica WWE title belts.

In the lawsuit, Figures Toy claims that WWE shut out their company in order to do business with Figures Toy’s manufacturer in Hong Kong. WWE currently has until the 24 of September in order to respond to the lawsuit.
