WWE World Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesnar will make his first title defense of his current run as champion at the “Night of Champions” pay-per-view. In a “SummerSlam” rematch, Lesnar will go up against John Cena. Following reports of Lesnar being able to work any WWE event the company wants, many fans believe there is no doubt that Lesnar walks home victorious on Sept. 21.

While it is still unclear if Lesnar will appear at WWE’s October pay-per-view, “Hell in a Cell,” his next opponent may be lined up anyway. According to a recent report from F4WOnline’s Figure Four Weekly Newsletter, it reports that Big Show is being slotted in to face Lesnar, following Cena’s rematch at “Night of Champions.”

Show and Lesnar squared off at the 2014 “Royal Rumble” pay-per-view, in which Lesnar squashed the behemoth in convincing fashion. Despite this, WWE still believes that Big Show is a believable opponent for Lesnar. Its reasoning is that the company is currently too light on main event caliber stars to face Lesnar.

If Lesnar skips “Hell in a Cell,” the presumed match would likely come at “Survivor Series.” At the 2013 showing of the pay-per-view, Big Show unsuccessfully challenged Randy Orton for the WWE Championship. However, Lesnar is advertised for the “Smackdown” prior to “Hell in a Cell,” leaving some to think he will appear at the pay-per-view.

Editor’s Note

Must be fall, but you have to feed Lesnar somebody prior to the Feed Me More Revolution kicking off.
