Wrestling Observer Newsletter has recently posted a report regarding the status of three legendary wrestlers for WrestleMania XXX. These three legends are Hulk Hogan, Batista, and Rob Van Dam. WrestleMania XXX will be in New Orleans, Louisiana at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome on April 6, 2014.

According to Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Hulk Hogan is not yet signed with WWE as of the 18 of December. However, there are still confident conversations by some in the WWE that Hogan may be involved at the pay-per-view in some manner.

Although, it is not likely that Hogan would wrestle for WrestleMania. Even if WWE officials wanted him to wrestle, it is believed that he would not be able to pass the medical tests required beforehand. If he were to appear, it would likely be a quick knockdown of a heel and/or a promo.

Along with that, Batista is being discussed internally about coming back for a match. Batista has not been with the company since 2010 and has been focusing on a film career as of late.

On the other hand, as of now, Rob Van Dam is not being planned for WrestleMania. Although, that could change in the future. “The Whole F’n Show” hasn’t appeared on WWE programming since early October, where he lost to World Heavyweight Champion Alberto Del Rio at the inaugural WWE Battleground.
