Backstage Reaction to CM Punk’s Departure from WWE

Additionally, at the recent NXT tapings, fans who brought CM Punk signs had them confiscated.

In terms of the people who believe Punk truly left WWE, they are split on if Punk should be applauded for his actions. There are some who believe Punk should be applauded for his actions as he did the right think, by standing up for himself. However, others believe that Punk acted childish and it was wrong for him to walk out, especially without giving WWE time to write him off WWE programming. The whole situation has quickly become a polarizing topic within WWE, according to F4WOnline.
