As we have been previously been reporting, WWE has been posting a series of cryptic tweets that revolve around The Undertaker. These WWE Rest in Pieces tweets have been surfacing from WWE’s official Twitter account during the week. The second batch of WWE Rest in Pieces tweets were released on Friday, September 27.

WWE posted the following on their Twitter account on Saturday, September 28:

This tweet once again hints at The Undertaker with the photo of his hand. However, these tweets may not be signaling a return at Survivor Series like some have thought. The tweet says that writer Todd McFarlane will be giving rise to The Undertaker. McFarlane is a popular writer specializing in comic books, so it is very well possible that an Undertaker themed comic book may be in the works.

McFarlane also owns his own toy company called McFarlane Toys, so “The Dead Man” may be revived via a toy made by the company.
