Randy Orton became the youngest World Heavyweight Champion in WWE history back in 2004, and since then, he’s won multiple world titles. In fact, he has the fourth most world title reigns in WWE history [12], behind Triple H [13], John Cena [16], and Ric Flair [16].

Randy Orton will be looked at as one of the greatest WWE superstars of all-time when he retires, and deservedly so. But, despite all the aforementioned accomplishments, Triple H thinks that The Viper hasn’t reached his full potential, and during his recent chat with Peter Rosenberg, he explained why.

“You talk about like a Randy Orton, and I’ve told Randy this since the day I met him, he had every tool to succeed. The only guy who was gonna stop Randy was Randy, because he can be a little bit of a self-destructor. He has everything it takes, and I don’t know if that’s because he’s just gifted, or if it’s because he watched his dad for so long — I don’t know what it is. I still think that Randy doesn’t take advantage of all the tools that he has, I think he just does what he needs to do. I believe he can take it to another level if he wanted to. He’s just that good. I don’t know if that’s just me believing in him more than he believes in him. Don’t get me wrong, he’s great. I just wonder how great he could be.”
