Kevin Owens Once Again Offers Twitter Gold On Jim Cornette

You knew someone would say something.

With news coming yesterday that Jim Cornette would be inducting the Rock N Roll Express into the WWE Hall of Fame, there was no way everyone was going to remain silent on it. Cornette has commented on almost everyone in the wrestling industry at one point or another and it makes sense that someone would have something to say.

To the shock of not many, that someone was Kevin Owens. Cornette and Owens haven’t had the best relationship as Cornette wasn’t a fan of Owens’ time in Ring of Honor, mainly complaining about Owens’ physique. Owens addressed Cornette’s role on Twitter as only Owens really could:

Opinion: That’s the way to respond to this: a combination of class, respect, and being heelish all at the same time. Owens is someone who seems to get wrestling and if he can get himself over just a bit more thanks to Cornette, that’s exactly what he’s going to do. This Tweet made me smile and hopefully it does the same for Cornette.
