Kenny Omega Has A Phenomenal WrestleMania Goal

While we know Kenny Omega won’t show up at this Sunday’s Royal Rumble, we do know that he does plan to sign with WWE at some point before his professional wrestling career comes to an end.

On Wednesday, Omega did an interview with 4Front Wrestling, where he discussed what his goals are in wrestling, one of which is that he wants to wrestle AJ Styles at WWE’s biggest event of the year, WrestleMania.

“I’d just really want to work with AJ Styles at WrestleMania, guys. Before he hangs it up and before I start to degenerate as an athlete, I really want to have a big match with him on the biggest stage possible, so that is a career goal of mine.”

Omega already announced he won’t be at the Royal Rumble, and is instead pursuing a New Japan contract for the next year. What does that mean? We’ll start the speculation all over again next year. One thing’s for sure: an Omega debut at the Rumble would definitely get a huge reaction from the live crowd.
