Spoilers: WWE Championship Tournament Quarter-Finals Revealed

Last night on Monday Night Raw, the WWE World Heavyweight Championship tournament began. Roman Reigns, Kevin Owens, Dolph Ziggler, Dean Ambrose, and Cesaro all won their first round matches to move onto the quarter-finals of the tournament.

Tonight, Smackdown was taped live from England and the remaining first round matches were fought. On Smackdown, Neville took on King Barrett, Alberto Del Rio fought Stardust, and Ryback and Kalisto had their match to determine the full quarter-finals matches to be fought next week on Raw.

This is a final spoiler warning. Below is the updated bracket from a fan’s Twitter in attendance after this week’s Smackdown taping.

Alberto Del Rio unexpectedly defeated Stardust, but Kalisto pulled off an upset over Ryback. The two Mexican stars will do battle next week to determine a spot in the semifinals.

Neville defeated King Barrett as well, so he’ll be in the quarter-final match-up with Intercontinental Champion Kevin Owens. Last night on Raw, Roman Reigns vs. Cesaro and Dean Ambrose vs. Dolph Ziggler were set.

Here are all four of the official quarter-final matches:

– Roman Reigns vs. Cesaro.

– Kalisto vs. Alberto Del Rio.

– Kevin Owens vs. Neville.

– Dolph Ziggler vs. Dean Ambrose.

It’s extremely likely all these matches will happen on Monday Night Raw next week, which will set up the semifinals perfectly for the “Survivor Series” PPV.
