Then at “TLC”, Kalisto did an incredible “Salida Del Sol” to Jimmy Uso from the top of a ladder through another ladder down below. That move won him the “OMG Moment of the Year” Slammy Award last week.
Despite rumors of WWE not planning to push Kalisto as a singles competitor, the company has done a very good job of pushing The Lucha Dragons.
Last night on Monday Night Raw, Kalisto won a match against The New Day’s Kofi Kingston to continue the feud between them. Immediately after, Sin Cara was challenged to a match with Big E that he would lose.
That’s great for their feud since both teams split wins. However, The Lucha Dragons may be the losers after all because Sin Cara suffered an injury during the match last night on Raw.
Wrestlezone.com is reporting that Sin Cara suffered a dislocated shoulder. It’s not said to really serious, and the shoulder was actually popped back into place during the match. It’s not a major setback, but WWE will likely give him a chance to heal for a little while.
In the meantime, WWE may want to reconsider pushing Kalisto. He’s on a hell of a roll right now.
