Rumor Mill: Ric Flair Could Manage Cesaro

It’s no secret that Cesaro is perhaps the most underutilized wrestlers on the current WWE roster. It’s also no secret that Vince McMahon’s belief is that Cesaro lacks that “it factor” that will make him a WWE guy.

Ultimately, that comes down to the mic skills of a performer. Cesaro has proven several times that he can outperform anyone on the roster in the ring, but that doesn’t matter if you can’t connect to the audience and lead them to the stories you tell in the ring.

That is the primary reason Cesaro isn’t considered a top hand when he has every right to be a top hand in WWE. All it would take is the right mouth piece at the right time to lead Cesaro to the main event and most likely, WWE Championships.

The latest edition of the WOOOOO! Nation podcast, host Ric Flair gave his praise to Cesaro. Flair also had an interesting idea to elevate Cesaro, fix the mic skills issue, and bring The Nature Boy back into the fold.

Flair had the following to say about Cesaro:

“Who brings more to the table as a performer, if you look at raw ability, than Cesaro? Nobody! I mean, that kid is phenomenal! But, he’s one week on, one week off, and I think that’s part of the problem.

I know how they can resolve that mic issue…dial 9-1-1-Naitch!”
