Rumor: Lana Headed to NXT to Wrestle

The Ravishing Russian has so much potential in the world of WWE. It’s only a matter of time before she finds another role that she thrives in, and it seems that her next venture is to get in the ring and wrestle.

That idea has changed dramatically over the last year. A year ago, she may have been able to survive and learn with each new match, but the bar has been raised several notches and women’s wrestling is a different animal now.

On the Road to Wrestlemania, she in the ring a little and had the mini feud with Brie Bella. That eventually developed into the five on five Wrestlemania match where she did enough to be considered a part of the match, but it’s obvious she needs a lot of training and work in the ring to hang with the rest of the division.

However, that seems to be what Lana is going to do because there is a rumor going around after Lana’s recent activity on social media that she is heading to NXT.

She posted the following on Twitter hyping her appearance for NXT in Largo:

Of course, this event could just be a one-off appearance for her. However, NXT recently lost Dana Brooke, Emma, and Eva Marie to the main roster. Lana wrestling in NXT could be really good for her and the women’s roster down in WWE developmental.
