Bray Wyatt went down with a calf injury shortly after Wrestlemania 32. It was obvious he was suffering from some nagging injuries for a few weeks before, so he needed some time off to heal.
His original time frame was four to six weeks, but that was extended to six to eight. Either way, the expectation was that he’d be back before the “Money in the Bank” PPV.
According to a report from DailyWrestlingNews.com, The Eater of Worlds is scheduled to be back on the road with WWE sometime next week.
There is no word on if he’ll be returning to Raw or SmackDown, but it’s very likely he’ll be making his return to WWE programming next Monday night.
Although nothing has been confirmed and a superstar like Neville is still a potential option, there are some rumors that Wyatt will be the final participant in the Money in the Bank Ladder match.
There have also been some rumors that the mysterious “Sister Abigail” could become a character when Bray returns to television. The rumor has created a lot of debate because not everyone is comfortable with that idea.
Do you think Sister Abigail should become a character alongside Bray Wyatt?
