Rumor: Bayley Getting NXT Women’s Title Shot at Next Takeover Special in August

No matter what happens with the brand split, it seems that Bayley will be involved with this year’s “Summerslam”, which is going to make this summer the “Summer of Hugs.”

If the rumors are true, the “Queen of Hug Style” will be coming to the main roster sooner rather than later. It’s actually not out of the question for her to be drafted to Raw or SmackDown during the official draft.

Either way, Bayley’s transition to the main roster is only going to help build the women’s division with the fourth “Horsewoman” making it to the big show.

However, she’s going to have to wrap up her time NXT and she deserves a big sendoff, which she is rumored to be getting this summer as well.

Asuka will face Nia Jax on June 8th at NXT Takeover: The End, but the winner will face Bayley at the next Takeover special in August in the Barclays Center where she became the NXT Women’s Champion and made history last year.

It will be an amazing story to see Bayley finish her run a year after NXT Takeover: Brooklyn in the same venue and in the same city. That’s going to be a very special night if all the rumors are true.
