Meanwhile, The New Day have to put their Tag Team Championship up in a Triple Threat Ladder Match against The Usos and The Lucha Dragons. Personally, I wouldn’t take the titles off The New Day, but I could see WWE throw a swerve with The Lucha Dragons getting the surprise win.
No matter what happens tomorrow night, there’s a feud that I’ve been dying to see for awhile now. Ever since Erick Rowan returned and made The Wyatt Family a four-man group, I’ve been hoping WWE would make a feud between The New Day and The Wyatt Family, but now is the perfect opportunity.
In my mind, there is no greater heel in the industry than Bray Wyatt. What makes him so dangerous is not only his words but the three monsters that guard his back. For me, without Luke Harper, Erick Rowan and Braun Strowman, Bray Wyatt would just be a crazy guy who talks. The monsters that follow him are what make him.
Unfortunately, I’ve always felt that WWE has failed to make the monsters behind Bray look dominate. It’s true that Braun Strowman has been built properly, but he’s the only one. Luke Harper is a former Intercontinental Champion, and the rumors have Erick Rowan getting a push soon. It’s a step in the right direction, but they need some major tag team run.

The New Day are the best thing going in WWE today. However, there have been few that can match them in their momentum. The Dudleys were a good feud for them, but that’s been over for some time. If The New Day get out of Sunday alive and with the Tag Team titles, their next challengers should be The Wyatt Family.
First in foremost, the matches would be fantastic. All six men would be great in the ring together because all the Wyatts and Big E have a good physicality, but Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods have a lot of athleticism that would give a guy like Braun or Harper someone to challenge them in the ring.
However, the best part is the joyful New Day attitude mixing with the seriousness of the Wyatts. The idea of those two dynamics mixing would be great for both teams and be highly entertaining for promos.
At the “Royal Rumble”, I think this is the feud to bring both teams into the next level and create a really good feud for the tag team division. If I have one team to take the titles off The New Day, it’s the Wyatts.
