Wrestlemania is going to be a full event. Aside from the talent from the current roster, many legends and faces of the past are guaranteed to show up that night.
There is no way Stone Cold Steve Austin is going to miss Wrestlemania in Texas. The Rock has been confirmed for a few months now for a major role. The Heartbreak Kid Shawn Michaels will be there and now, the Hardcore Legend will be in Dallas this April too.
According to Wrestlinginc.com, Mick Foley will return to WWE for the first time since last year’s Summerslam event.
The report is claiming that the WWE Hall of Famer will return to Monday Night Raw in the next few weeks for an angle heading to Wrestlemania. It’s not being reported which feud he will be involved in come April 3rd, but Foley is going to be in a non-wrestling role.
The expectation is that he will be used to set up a match for the event and a popular choice could end up being the current Intercontinental Champion Kevin Owens.
Foley also has a deep and strange history with the McMahon Family and The Undertaker. It’s not that much of a reach for him to get involved with the Hell in a Cell match given that’s one of the most common reasons for him to return to WWE and hype the next one.
What do you think Foley will do at Wrestlemania?
