Yesterday, it was reported by 10 Investigates, that Clem will not be charged in the leaking of Hogan’s sex tape. Hillsborough State Attorney, Mark Ober will not be pressing charges against Clem because the office doesn’t believe they could get a conviction.
After the charges were dropped, criminal defense attorney, John Trevena made the following statement:
I’m at a loss to explain this one. The documents are very clear, the evidence seemed to be very very clear and the elements of the crime seem to be fulfilled. I find it inexplicable that they wouldn’t want to pursue that.
That isn’t the only news to come out in the situation between Clem and Hogan. 10 Investigates is also reporting that before the sex tape was released to the public, Hogan was blackmailed by Matthew “Spice Boy” Loyd.
The conversation between Hogan and Loyd was heard from an FBI taping. The attorneys for both men were heard negotiating at the price of $1 million. The two sides were heard to settle on “3 payments equaling 300-thousand.”
