Charlotte’s Okay After Injury Scare

Last night during a WWE live event in Minneapolis, Minnesota, the current WWE Divas Champion Charlotte suffered an apparent injury to her head, and her match with Becky Lynch had to be stopped.

When it was reported earlier today, the concern was that it would force her to wrestle hurt during in triple threat match at Wrestlemania against Sasha Banks and Becky Lynch.

However, now it is confirmed by Charlotte herself that she is fine, and it was just a small mishap. The Divas Champion posted the following on Twitter:

The expectation with a lot of the WWE Universe is that Charlotte will lose the Divas title to either Becky Lynch or The Boss.

However, few people are considering the possibility that the current Divas Champion will find a way to walk out of Wrestlemania still the Champion.

With the help of her father Ric Flair, Charlotte has been able to win matches with her talent or cheat her ways to victory. It’s entirely possible that she’ll be able to find a way out of the situation and continue after Wrestlemania.

Her heel turn has only just begun to gain some real momentum, and the Charlotte character is going to have to adapt to not being the top dog any longer.

It’ll be very interesting to see how WWE books the triple threat match at Wrestlemania since any of the three women can win.
