It’s amazing what can happen in just twenty-four hours. The perception of Brock Lesnar changed in an instant once the news broke that he had violated the UFC’s Doping Policy before his fight at UFC 200.
Aside from the backlash against Lesnar, the situation could do severe damage to his career both in UFC and in WWE, which means it would be very difficult to change the perception for a longer period of time.
According to a report from Wrestlinginc.com, Brock Lesnar could be fined $1.25 million to $1.875 million for his violation of UFC’s policy.
However, if his violation is confirmed and it is an anabolic steroid, Lesnar stands to lose as much as half to 75 percent of his winning purse, including his bonuses based of UFC’s PPV buy-rates.
Not to mention that Lesnar would be suspended from MMA for up to two years if the test is confirmed. Needless to say, Lesnar may have made the mistake of his life by returning to UFC for one more fight.

It’s important to note that Lesnar passed tests on three other samples collected last month, but it was one sample that caused UFC to inform him of the potential violation. Lesnar commented on the situation by simply saying, “We’ll get to the bottom of this.” There will be more updates soon of Lesnar’s status.
