On this week’s edition of Monday Night Raw, Vince McMahon made the decision that Shane McMahon will be the commissioner of SmackDown live while Stephanie McMahon is in charge of Monday Night Raw.

It was also revealed that both Shane and Stephanie would be choosing a General Manager for their respective brands. Naturally, the WWE Universe is buzzing about who will be revealed for the job on both shows.

Shane’s choice has been selected, according to a tweet, he posted on Tuesday. At the moment, the belief is that Daniel Bryan will be revealed as Shane’s choice as the new General Manager of SmackDown.

However, mum’s the word for who Stephanie will be selecting for her General Manager. There is obviously a lot of speculation, and the rumor mill has made a list of some of the top choices.

According to a recent article by BleacherReport.com, Edge, Mick Foley, Sting, and Stone Cold Steve Austin have emerged as the top choices for the role.

Of those four, the top two choices are Austin and Foley since they’re the ones who have the most experience. If WWE is considering those two men, it would be interesting since Stephanie is meant to be a heel.

The dynamic would be interesting since they’d be working with Triple H and Stephanie on a weekly basis. Either of those men could do the job, but WWE could be headed in any number of directions. We just have to wait for next week’s Raw to find out.
