Bray Wyatt has been noticeably absent from WWE television shortly after Wrestlemania 32. The reason for that is a little over a week ago; it was reported that Wyatt went down with a calf injury at a WWE live event during a match with current WWE Champion Roman Reigns.
Since then, Wyatt has been missing in action, which is odd considering he’s one of the few performers on the roster that could fully carry his momentum on the microphone.
According to DailyWrestlingNews.com, The Eater of Worlds is currently out of action with a pulled muscle. That injury is causing him to miss four to six weeks of time in the ring, but it’s better than the torn ACL fellow Wyatt Family member Luke Harper suffered shortly before Wrestlemania.
Bray’s injury isn’t nearly as bad as many within WWE initially thought, and Wyatt is expected back in the ring in time for “Extreme Rules” in late May.
There is no word on what the creative plans are for Wyatt or The Wyatt Family once they return, but they were beginning a feud with The League of Nations, and there were rumblings of Wyatt getting involved in the WWE title hunt at some point over the next few months.
