Becky Lynch recently made an appearance on the Sam Roberts’ podcast to promote Wrestlemania 32 and her triple threat match with Sasha Banks and Charlotte for the WWE Divas Championship.
During the talk, the “Lass Kicker” spoke about her triple threat match, NXT, and how she missed out on winning the NXT Women’s Championship before leaving for the main roster.

How does she feel about her triple threat match at Wrestlemania?
“I think it’s almost too big for my brain to comprehend right now, but I know when I’m there, then, I think that’s going to add everything. But for now, my sole focus is on this match.” Lynch explained, “to be there with two people who I respect so much and who I’ve worked with so long and who’ve been such and important part of my journey, knowing that I’ve started with NXT, like, less than three years ago, and now being in a top spot at WrestleMania, it’s just unbelievable and unfathomable.”
Is she disappointed she didn’t win the NXT Women’s Championship?
“That was a goal of mine, but I missed that goal. I skipped it and sometimes you don’t get every shot that you take, but every shot that you do take is getting you closer to scoring the goal, so whether I won, whether I lost, whether I lose again, I’m going to keep trying and now the goal keeps getting higher and higher and the stakes get higher and it gets harder. But, ultimately, my eye has always been on the top spot. That’s being the champion up here.”
