Earlier this year, it was rumored that AJ Styles, Shinsuke Nakamura, Doc Gallows, and Karl Anderson had all left New Japan Pro Wrestling to come to WWE.
AJ Styles debuted at the “Royal Rumble”. Nakamura is coming at NXT Takeover: Dallas in less than a month, but we’re still waiting for Anderson and Gallows to appear in NXT or WWE.
There has been a lot of debate about whether or not they are going to NXT or WWE. The great thing about their situation is they have a lot of options on either show.
For example, Finn Balor has been teasing their debut in NXT for several weeks now, and that has led to a lot of speculation that Anderson and Gallows will join Balor in NXT to form a new stable called “The Balor Club” or “Bulletproof.”
According to PWInsider.com, that was the original plan to debut them in NXT and most likely put them with Balor to form a new stable and play on the Bullet Club, but those plans have apparently changed, and Anderson and Gallows will be brought to the main roster.
WWE’s new plan is to debut both men “around Wrestlemania time”. It’s more likely that the former Bullet Club members will debut after Wrestlemania, but WWE may decide to get the extra push for the grandest stage of them all.
On the main roster, there is also speculation of Anderson and Gallows aligning with AJ Styles to form a new stable “Bulletproof”.
So, WWE has four options. Anderson and Gallows could go to NXT to form a new group with Finn Balor. Balor could debut on the main roster with them. They could join with AJ Styles after Wrestlemania, or they could simply debut as a new tag team called “Bulletproof.”
What do you think is the best way to bring Karl Anderson and Doc Gallows to WWE?
