Roman Reigns is currently out of action after having nose surgery for a preexisting nasal issue, but it seems that issue was made dramatically worse when he suffered a nose injury during a match.
Roman’s surgery was for a deviated septum. The cause was for a previous issue with his nose, but there was a match with Sheamus at a WWE live event that could have worsened the injury to where he had to get surgery. The following video clearly shows that fact:

It’s not clear and hasn’t been confirmed what happened to his nose after that table collided with his nose and face, but it definitely aggravated him, especially if he had previous nose trouble.
There isn’t a confirmed return date for his return to WWE television, but it was reported that Reigns could be back as early as this Monday Night on Raw.
However, Roman Reigns is not mentioned for the event in Chicago at the Allstate Arena for Monday’s Raw. That doesn’t mean he won’t return that night, but it’s very likely that he’ll be kept off WWE television after Dean Ambrose vs. Triple H square off at “WWE Roadblock.”
On paper, it just makes more sense to let those The Lunatic Fringe and The Game finish what they started and then branch off into their Wrestlemania feuds the next Monday.
How long do you think Roman Reigns will have the WWE Championship after Wrestlemania?
