2. “I’m No Different on TV Than I Really Am”

Brock Lesnar Discusses The Undertaker, Dana White's Comments on ESPN

Brock claims to be no different in real life than he is on WWE TV. That is probably not 100% accurate since he does seem to enjoy the element of performance that comes with being a major WWE superstar. It’s also unlikely that Paul Heyman does the majority of Brock’s talking before he eats his breakfast, or whatever.

In truth, Brock Lesnar isn’t an old school kind of wrestler. He doesn’t stick to the same line of consistency of character that a guy like CM Punk takes his entire career to walk. However, listening Brock discuss his college wrestling career, and how he came into the wrestling business after being stuck in a rut made me human.

It’s easy to forget that WWE Superstars and Divas no matter how big are just people. They’re larger than life and can be extremely charismatic, but Lesnar discussed doing what you love and being paid to do what you love is the goal. For that kid out of college that just won an NCAA National Championship, but couldn’t find his life path; he did a good job wouldn’t you say?
