According to Wrestlingnews.co, the taping included the announcement that New Year’s Revolution would be returning, albeit as a special episode of SmackDown. Opinion: This is something WWE has been doing more often lately and that is a good idea. There are so many concepts throughout their history and it makes sense to bring some of those back.
