No more? We are coming up on the two year mark of Roman Reigns being WWE Universal Champion, which is the longest World Title reign since Hulk Hogan in the 1980s. That is the kind of reign that has almost never been approached in WWE history and the question has become just how much longer it can go. However, it seems like things might be coming to an end.
According to the WrestleVotes Twitter account, there have been discussions about Reigns dropping one or both of his titles. Multiple ideas have been discussed about the results of Reigns’ match with Drew McIntyre at Clash At The Castle among those with the final say. This is the first time such talks have taken place in a long time, though there is no guarantee that reigns will be losing anytime soon.
For the first time in a long time, there has been some discussions creatively regarding Roman Reigns dropping the title(s). I’m hearing multiple ideas have intrigued those making the final call come Saturday in Cardiff. Should be an interesting week ahead…

Opinion: This is something that has to happen at some point and McIntyre has been built up so strong that it is hard to imagine him losing at Clash At The Castle. WWE almost has to change the titles, or at least one of them. Reigns has been champion for about two years and a loss isn’t going to hurt him that badly at this point. It isn’t something that has to happen immediately, but I don’t know if I can see it not happening.
What do you think of the idea? Will Reigns drop the titles? Let us know in the comments below.
