They have an idea. We are less than two months away from WrestleMania 39 and that means WWE is starting to put together everything for the show. That can make for some tricky situations as the company starts coming up with the card. WWE needs to get as many big names on the show as possible and now they might have a way to bring three people onto the show at once.
IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: Tread Carefully: Brock Lesnar Reportedly Faces Backstage Heat Over Royal Rumble Tirade
According to WrestleVotes, WWE is considering a triple threat match for the Intercontinental Title at WrestleMania, with Gunther defending against Sheamus and Drew McIntyre, though the match is NOT 100% confirmed so far. The three faced off multiple times during the Royal Rumble and McIntyre and Sheamus have been a regular tag team since the beginning of the year. The match is said to have supporters who want it near the top of the card.
I’m told while not decided 100%, there are plans to feature an Intercontinental Championship 3 way match at WrestleMania: Gunther v Sheamus v Drew McIntyre. There are a number of supporters within creative that not only want the match, but they want it towards the top. TBD.

The three of them in one match could work well. Check out the three on their own:
Opinion: This has my attention as the three of them could beat the heck out of each other and have a lot of fun doing so. That is the kind o match that can do a lot of good things for a card, as you have some star power which can make things more interesting while also possibly boosting Gunther up even more. Gunther seems primed for a huge win and beating two former World Champions at once could be just that.
