Can’t wait to see you again. Earlier this year, Kevin Owens went under the knife for some much needed knee surgery. WWE has certainly felt his absence on Monday Night Raw as Owens was one of the best talkers on the show and could give you a heck of a good match more often than not. As soon as he was gone the question became when would he come back, and now we might have an idea.
According to Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio, Owens may be cleared to return to action in February, though WWE might hold off on his return until after WrestleMania 35 in early April. There is also the chance that he could be one of the big surprise returns on the Monday Night Raw after WrestleMania, which tends to have several names coming back from hiatuses for various reasons.
The man knows how to make an entrance. Check out Owens’ Monday Night Raw debut, which is one of the best ever:
Opinion: The sooner Owens gets back, the better. WWE needs some star power on Monday Night Raw and a former World Champion would be one of the best things to have back. If nothing else, it would help a lot to have him there for his talking abilities, where he excels like few others. Owens could make a big impact on Monday Night Raw, so hopefully that’s exactly what he does.
What are you expecting from Owens when he comes back? Which show do you want him on? Let us know in the comments below.
