When real life sneaks in. One of the more interesting aspects of wrestlers’ lives can be when some of them get together in a real life relationship. It is such a strange business that only another wrestler may be able to understand the schedule and make it work. Wrestlers live in such a unique world that they have to be a little different in relationships and that may be the case again.
Over the last few weeks, Dana Brooke and Batista have very publicly flirted with each other on Twitter. The two certainly seem to be romantically interested in each other and Batista would more than understand the way the WWE schedule works. That being said, Batista has his own unique schedule as a result and it turns out that things may not be as they seem.
Batista was recently a guest on Flaawsome Talk where he brought up his flirting with Brooke. The two have not been on an actual date yet but he considered Brooke to be a close, personal friend. However, they may be ending their over the top online flirting as he thinks it could go badly for their careers if they keep one upping each other. Batista has not appeared for WWE since WrestleMania 35 but he has been announced for the 2020 Hall Of Fame Class.
It was quite the interview. Check out Batista’s interview and a clip of Brooke:
Opinion: This whole thing has been interesting from the start but I can understand why they might want to calm it down. It’s clear that the two of them are friends but if they don’t want to go beyond flirting, the online exchanges are little more than something that just keeps going with no conclusion. It’s been fun while it lasts, but their personal lives can remain personal if that’s what they want to do.
