All hail. It’s no secret that Triple H is a rather polarizing figure in the world of professional wrestling. There are some who accuse him of holding down talent and dominating the wrestling world, but at the same time he’s also one of the best wrestlers of all time with some incredible character work and matches to back it up. As great as he is, he certainly deserves a retrospective on a major part of his career.

Triple H's 14 World Title victories

In honor of Triple H’s 49th birthday on Friday, WWE has released a new video looking at each of Triple H’s World Title victories. All fourteen victories from his career are included, ranging all the way from his first title win in August 1999 to his most recent, which took place at the 2016 Royal Rumble. One such title reign started without actually winning a match but is included as well.

Opinion: While his 2002-2003 run was one of the darkest times in the history of the company, the rest of Triple H’s career is one of the best of all time. His feuds are top notch, his promos range from good to very good and he has more World Title reigns than all but a small handful of people. Let him have his moment, especially on his birthday as that day belongs to him. And Shannon Moore but he’s not as famous.
