This is extreme. Back in the 1990s, there is no denying that WWE borrowed if not outright stole a lot of ECW’s concepts and slapped the name Attitude on them. Even without the ECW inspired events, there have certainly been several extreme moments in the show’s history, dating all the way back to the 1993 episodes.
WWE has released a video looking at the Top Ten Extreme Moments in “Monday Night Raw” history. Most of these are more modern examples but there are some that date back nearly twenty years. The majority of them took place during matches but there are some that were from in-ring segments. Some of these are regularly played on highlight reels but there’s a good chance that you’ve forgotten a handful of them. Here’s the list:
Raw's most extreme moments: WWE Top 10, Jan. 15, 2018
Opinion: I like the top spot but this almost felt incomplete. It’s like there were some big ones missing and that’s kind of suprising. I do like the fact that they went with the physical stuff instead of things like Austin and the beer truck though as Austin’s shenanigans have gotten enough time over the years. It’s a good list, though I think it could have been tweaked a bit.
