The more things change, the more they stay the same. Seth Rollins has been on the WWE main roster for over five years now and has somehow used three different finishing moves. That’s a high number for anyone, especially one of the bigger stars in the company. After using three different ones, Rollins has changed his mind again but at least this time it’s something familiar.

This week on “Monday Night Raw”, Rollins used the curb stomp (once again called the Blackout, as it was named during Rollins’ time in NXT) as his finisher when he defeated Finn Balor. Rollins hasn’t used the move since 2015 when Vince McMahon banned it due to not liking how the move looked. Here’s Rollins bringing the move back:

Opinion: I can’t say I’m complaining on this one as it’s one of the best looking finishers in WWE. It’s a rather simple move and something that can be done to anyone. Rollins has switched through finishers multiple times now and that wind-up knee just wasn’t cutting it. If nothing else it’s certainly better than the Pedigree, which just didn’t suit Rollins at all.

What do you think of Rollins using the Blackout again? Is it his best finisher yet? Let us know in the comments below.
