Here they come to save the day. To say that NXT has become a popular promotion is the understatement of the year. The fanbase have become one of the largest in wrestling and the show has gone from little more than a few hundred people in a single arena to thousands and thousands for Takeovers. That’s where WWE is looking today, and as most matches do, it’s all starting with an entrance.

These actually are epic.

Most epic TakeOver entrances: NXT Top 5, June 24, 2018

WWE has released a new NXT Top Five looking at the Most Epic Takeover Entrances. While Takeover has been around since 2014, the shows have greatly expanded in the last few years, moving into bigger arenas and making things look that much more important. The entrances have gotten bigger as well, with most of the entries on the list being from the more recent shows. Many of them involve musical acts as well, which happen every now and then.

Opinion: NXT knows how to do a lot of things very well and this is one of the ones that I look forward to every single time. They know how to turn something that should be pretty simple into one of the coolest parts of the shows. The visuals are great, the music is awesome, and it makes these people, who are actually minor leaguers, look like some of the biggest wrestling stars in the world. That’s hard to do, but NXT pulls it off every single time.

Which of these is your favorite? What did WWE leave off the list? Let us know in the comments below.
