The crazy one speaks. Earlier this week, Dean Ambrose became Jon Moxley again. This is quite the change for Moxley, as the switch allows him to be persona he used when he got his start in wrestling. Those years involved a lot of time in Cincinnati, Ohio where he got his start in wrestling. That was worthy of another look, which Moxley did in a speech earlier this week.
Moxley was recently a guest at the Cauliflower Alley Club Awards in Las Vegas where he introduced his trainer Cody Hawk, who was receiving a trainer’s award. The speech talks about Moxley growing up with no direction until he found wrestling, which helped him in life. Moxley recently left WWE and may be heading for another promotion, though nothing has been announced as of yet.
It’s weird seeing him out of character. Check out Moxley’s speech:
Opinion: I’m not sure what Moxley is going to do from here, but it seems that he would rather be doing anything else aside from continuing to be Ambrose. It was cool to see him talking like this though, as he clearly loves the industry and there are going to be organizations that want him. Hopefully he is happy doing whatever he does and we’ll see him again soon.
