Let the violence send them home. Last night’s “Monday Night Raw” was built around setting up Sunday’s “No Mercy 2017”, including the two major matches. This Sunday will see Roman Reigns vs. John Cena and Braun Strowman vs. Brock Lesnar for the Universal Title. Therefore, combining the two matches isn’t a bad idea.
Last night’s post-show dark match saw Braun Strowman vs. Roman Reigns in a street fight. These two have feuded for several months this year, including trading wins in various matches. The match ran about ten minutes and was recorded by a fan from the crowd, which you can see right here.

Opinion: This was about as good of an option as they had for such a match and there’s nothing wrong with that. Reigns winning is fine as well as it’s not like losing in a dark match changes anything for Strowman on Sunday. There’s a good chance that this is going to headline another pay per view by the end of the year and letting them have more practice is fine.
