Here he comes again. Kurt Angle has been back in WWE for just shy of two years and until this Monday, had been the Monday Night Raw General Manager for about a year and a half. However, he was removed from the position earlier this week by Commissioner Stephanie McMahon. As is always the case in wrestling, there is another reason for why something happened and in this case, it might not be the best idea.

Check out how this went down in our Monday Night Raw results right here.

According to PWInsider Elite Audio by way of Ringsidenews.com, Angle has been removed from WWE TV in order to train for an upcoming in-ring return. There is currently no word on when this match would take place, or if it would be more than just a one off return to the ring. Angle returned to WWE last year to be inducted to the Hall of Fame and has wrestled a handful of matches since then, with the more recent taking place at the Greatest Royal Rumble on April 27.

Here’s what a healthy Angle can do.

FULL MATCH - Rey Mysterio vs. Kurt Angle: SummerSlam 2002 (WWE Network Exclusive)

Opinion: Please no. Angle, please stop getting back in the ring as I don’t want to imagine how many bones or ligaments you’re going to damage this time around. Angle is one of the greatest wrestlers of all time and has more incredible matches than almost anyone ever. He’s going to be fifty years old this December, and I have no idea what he thinks he’s going to gain by getting back in the ring again.
