It’s a good place to bring them in. We’re only about two months away from WrestleMania weekend and that means we’re about two months away from one of the most interesting times of the year for older fans: the Hall of Fame induction ceremony. Every year a bunch of names get to show up on the biggest stage of them all for one last honor, and we might know who is first up.
According to PWInsider.com, the Hart Foundation will be inducted into the Hall of Fame this year. This would be the original trio of the team, consisting of Bret Hart, Jim Neidhart and Jimmy Hart. The three of them spent their time as heels along with fellow member Danny Davis, who joined the team later on and will not be inducted with the three of them. Both Jimmy and Bret have been inducted on their own, in 2005 and 2006 respectively.
In case you’ve only seen the duo, here’s the trio. Check out the Hart Foundation against some of their biggest rivals:
Opinion: Works for me and it’s not exactly a surprise. The Hart Foundation is long overdue for an induction and Jimmy being added is far from a problem. There’s nothing wrong with getting the team in, even if some of it is likely due to Neidhart passing away last year. Just go with what makes sense and give the fans a big name in Bret. This is perfectly fine and the speeches should be great.
