Becky Lynch Suspended By WWE; Out Indefinitely

Not even The Man is immune to the rules. In the opening segment of Raw tonight, Stephanie McMahon appeared in the ring with Becky Lynch to address the apparent knee injury that she has sustained.

McMahon insisted that Lynch see a doctor in order for her to be medically cleared to compete; this is something that The Man has been refusing to do since she was injured at the Royal Rumble.

Lynch refused to do so, claiming that McMahon was just trying to hold her back. When Stephanie tried to explain that she was just looking out for the health of her superstars and the guarantee of her match with Ronda Rousey at WrestleMania, The Man wouldn’t hear it.

As a result, McMahon suspended Lynch indefinitely.

Charlotte Flair attacked The Man this past week on Smackdown Live, to further sell the injury. You can see a clip of their encounter below:

Editor’s Opinion:

As soon as I heard this, I immediately thought of two possibilities. One, The Man is actually hurt and this is a way to write her off of television. Two, this is a way to get Charlotte Flair into the match at WrestleMania; Lynch can be away for a while, Flair can get into the match and then Lynch can return and say that she is ready to go.
