The other card keeps growing. While a lot of the focus in wrestling is on Summerslam at the moment, there is another major show coming up just a few weeks later. That would be AEW’s second major pay per view event All Out, which certainly has a lot of buzz of its own. While we are still about five weeks away from the show, some of the card has already been set up and now even more of it is ready.
In the latest episode of Road to All Out, a triple threat match between Jimmy Havoc, Darby Allin and Joey Janela was announced for the pay per view. The three were involved in a six man tag at Fight For The Fallen which saw Allin take the pin. The other two mocked him for the loss which led to a fight between the three of them, setting up the triple threat match for All Out.
There’s more to it than this. Check out the latest episode:
Opinion: This makes as much sense as anything else, but it feels like an excuse to have a triple threat match. That has been the case with all of the previous shows and it is becoming something of a stigma for the company. You don’t have to have these all of the time, especially when there isn’t that great of a reason for the three to be fighting in the first place.
